How to Change Your Direct Debit Payment Date
Sometimes your payment date may need to change and that’s absolutely fine. We’ve made the process quick and easy to help you stay on top of your payments without any stress.
What you need to know
Requests to change your Direct Debit (DD) payment date must be made at least 10 working days before your next scheduled payment.
This is because the bank begins processing payments in advance, and we need enough time to update your details with GoCardless.
You’ll receive two confirmations once the change is complete:
- A confirmation email from OriGym.
- An automated notification from GoCardless confirming the update.
How to request a change
- Email us with the date you’d like your future payments to be taken on.
- Send your request to support@origym.co.uk.
- Please include:
- Your full name.
- The course you’re enrolled on.
- The new preferred payment date.
- Please include:
- We’ll confirm once the change has been processed, so you’ll know exactly when it takes effect.
